Event Ticket Refund & Exchange Policy

All event ticket sales are final unless the conditions below are met.

Refunds
A full refund will be issued if cancellation is requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event. This notice allows us sufficient time to re-offer and resell the tickets.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are not eligible for a refund, as there is not adequate time to resell the tickets.

Exchanges
Ticket exchanges may be requested within 48 hours of the event date. Exchanges cannot be accommodated earlier than this window, as doing so may prevent us from reselling the original tickets in a timely manner.

We appreciate your understanding, as these policies help ensure fair access to events and allow us to manage limited-capacity programs responsibly.
